Lineage is our house blend at Grace. We use it in every espresso and latte we make, in our drip coffee from time to time, and on occasion as cold brew. This blend is designed to be versatile and tasty no matter how you brew it.
While the coffees in Lineage will update periodically depending on their availability, it will always have a somewhat fruity, chocolatey, and balanced flavor. Right now Lineage is a 50/50 blend of a natural process Ethiopian coffee and a Washed process Colombian coffee.
